What You Leave With
Four deliverables from one session
One 60-minute session, in writing. You leave with all four.
A completed roadmap page
One page naming the three processes in your company worth automating first.
A scored priority order
Each process scored and ordered, so you know which one to start Monday.
The four governance rules
The rules we build into every system, written down for your team.
The recording plus template
The session recording and the roadmap template you used live.
The Four Rules
What every system we build follows
- 1Ask before spending money.
- 2Never state a date, price or commitment it has not verified.
- 3Identify itself as an automated assistant on any call.
- 4Escalate medical, legal and financial decisions rather than decide them.
This is what we build into every system, and it is why this can touch a company without becoming a risk.

FAQ
Good questions
How is this different from the consumer workshop?
The workshop teaches one person to build their own assistant. The briefing is for a team: you leave with a written roadmap for your company's three highest-value automations, scored, and in a starting order. Different product, different outcome.
Do we need technical staff?
No. The roadmap names processes, hours and priority in plain business terms. No engineering is required to attend or to act on it.
Is our data used to train anything?
No. Nothing you share is used to train models, and every system we touch is named before work starts.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. We invoice, accept purchase orders, and provide a W-9 on request — see the procurement section above.
What if we miss the live session?
You get the recording and the roadmap template. But the roadmap is built live with you in the room, so attending is what makes it yours.
Is this a sales pitch?
There is a build sprint offer at the end for teams that want us to do the work. The roadmap is yours whether or not you buy.
Bring your three processes. Leave with the order.
