These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Riley Media website and any services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Services
Riley Media provides multimedia production, creative, technology, and AI consulting services. The scope, deliverables, schedule, and pricing of any engagement are defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, or contract agreed to between you and Riley Media. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
2. Project Inquiries & Intake
Information you submit through our intake or contact forms is used to prepare proposals and deliver services. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it.
3. Payments
Where a deposit, invoice, or service tier is paid through this site, payment is processed by our payment provider. Deposits and payments are governed by the terms set out in your proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise stated in your agreement, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, final delivered work product is assigned to you to the extent stated in your agreement. Riley Media retains the right to display completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless your agreement states otherwise. Until full payment, Riley Media retains ownership of all drafts, source files, and works in progress.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, approvals, assets, and access needed to deliver the Services. Delays caused by missing inputs may affect the project schedule and budget as described in your agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riley Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.
7. Third-Party Content & Links
This site may contain links to third-party sites and integrate third-party tools. Riley Media is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pulaski County, Arkansas.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
